Booking & Terms Policy
You may request to modify or cancel your performance booking subject to these terms.
Cancellations submitted at least 60 days prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a partial refund of the remaining performance balance, excluding the initial retainer.
To initiate a cancellation or date transfer, please submit a written request directly to our concierge team.

Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method. Any non-refundable venue reserve fees or custom orchestration costs incurred will be deducted.

To ensure your performance date is fully confirmed, please note:
A signed engagement contract is completed
The initial deposit is paid
Non-refundable performance items:
Custom musical arrangements commissioned specifically for your gala or event.
Rush booking administrative fees and non-recoverable venue staging deposits.
Performances canceled less than 30 days before the scheduled concert date.
Special guest soloist appearance retainers and travel accommodation prepayments.
We reserve the right to reject cancellation requests that do not strictly adhere to our contractual notice terms.
Date Transfers
Rescheduling requests are subject to orchestra availability. Please direct schedule adjustment requests to our management:

If a date transfer cannot be accommodated, standard cancellation policies apply. We recommend confirming venue arrangements before locking in performance schedules to avoid conflicting engagements and lost deposits.
Notice
Events postponed due to unforeseen severe weather or extreme emergency conditions may be rescheduled within 12 months without penalty, provided prompt written notification is delivered to our orchestra directors.
If a rescheduled performance date cannot be agreed upon within the designated 12-month period, remaining balance credits will expire in accordance with orchestra guidelines.
